I-94 detour planned for Wednesday because of power line work

(WEAU) - Some detours are in store if you're traveling on I-94 south of Eau Claire Wednesday.
The State Patrol will shut down part of I-94 so Xcel Energy can work on power lines. Xcel will be relocating the power lines north of the bridge over County Highway HH in Foster.
The work will start at 9:00 a.m. Wednesday.
Troopers say traffic will be detoured using the ramps, and County Highway HH will be closed to traffic. The work is expected to wrap up by 3 p.m.
