Accruing 8 weeks if allowed by company policy and recieving 8 weeks per year are 2 entirely different concepts.

Short term gains do not mitigate long term losses that will happen.

If you want to think like that, then I'm the employer for Walmart, Shopko, BP, and the list goes on and on... I guess you could argue that I chose to shop at those places. Then I would just tell you that you chose to live in a country where education is valued, and that you can move at any time.

Yes it does - I'm not a public employee. If you want to start thinking like that, then if it wasn't for everyone no one would have a job, so why don't you start posting all of your information for the people that give money to the company you work for???

Are you that brainless? Who would post that on a web site, just to lose their job for being anti Walker??

And after that audit comes up with nothing, try another plan, and another, until we get the results we want...right??

If teachers worked 12 months, and got, let's say 3 wks. vacation and no other days off, then wouldn't they have to be paid far more than they are being paid now? That would make their earnings b/4 taxes somewhere in the 6 figure area. Could we afford that? Can we have our cake and eat it too? Just playing the devil's advocate with this one.
