I just read all of these comments and after I finished I thought that alot of you sounded like little kids fighting over sides. So tired of it all. The recall is over and, now I think it is time for everyone to work together and get Wisconsin up and running. Walker says he is going to create jobs, why not help him and get people back to work and the economy will start to improve also. Together is the only way things will work out. This fighting is so stupid. How will our kids ever learn if the adults don't learn to work together.!!!!!!!!!!!!

and you really wonder why people mistrust unions?

"Amazing how suddenly Walker and his corporate greed-icans are talking about getting along and mending fences". You just haven't been listening.
It's hard to talk to Democrats who only communicate by press releases. When the next election comes, Walker will win again and again and again until he decides to become President. He will win that too.

The value of having control of the Senate is this: Walker and his cronies cannot call a special session of the legislature this summer to cram more unpopular and unwanted legislation down our throats. Amazing how suddenly Walker and his corporate greed-icans are talking about getting along and mending fences. During the past year he has not made any attempt to mend fences. With control of the Senate, at least we can stop the damage being done to our state. We may not be able to fix any of the damage until someone like Feingold beats Walker in the next election, but we can keeo Walker from doing more damage.

Control of the Senate during recess is like having control of the sun coming up tomorrow.

Now that we won the majority, we need to block everything walker wants. The unions need to double down on recalls. Can we start another recall on walker?

The Democrats are stagnation by definition. They have diversified slightly by representing only public union members.

There's not going to be healing in this state until people start being civil to each other. I had, and still have, strong opinions and feelings regarding the need and appropriateness of this recall (and I'm not saying which side), but it's time to set aside grudges and have people from both sides start communicating in civil open discourse and start working together. Enough with "we lost but..." and enough with "ha ha we won" rubbing your face in it. Nice matters, you know.
