Investigation continues into cause of Chippewa Falls fire

Days after one of the worst fires Chippewa Falls has seen in the last decade, the Police Department says its not allowing any new information to be released about the investigation.
The fire broke out around midnight Wednesday, destroying a century-old building downtown on Spring Street.
It damaged nearby businesses and one man was taken to Regions Hospital with burns to his hands.
The Police Department says it could take a few weeks to determine the cause of the fire.
