Honey Glazed Salmon
1 Just local Foods Line Caught Salmon Filet
1/2 cup low sodium soy sauce
1/2 cup organic honey
1/4 cup orange juice
1 table spoon fresh grated ginger root

Add all ingredients to a zip lock bag and toss.
Marinate for 20 minutes

Place Just Local foods Salmon in a foil lined baking dish with some water and bake for 25-30 minutes on 350

2nd recipe:

Shell Fish Garlic Pasta
2 Table Spoons Butter
6 Cloves Garlic peeled and chopped
½ Red bell Pepper cut into thin slices
½ Yellow Bell Pepper cut into thin slices
½ Orange Bell Pepper cut into thin slices
4 Roma tomatoes cut into wedges
½ Cup Olive Oil or Grape Seed Oil
1 lb. Shell Fish Mussels
1 lb. Shell Fish Clams

Sautee garlic in oil/butter
Add Shell Fish, Stir
Just as the shell fish begin to open add tomatoes and bell peppers.
Stir and cook until the Shell Fish are open
Serve over Multi Grain Past of choice
