THREE CUP CHICKEN
1 C. Sugar
1 C. Soy Sauce
1 C. White Cooking Wine
3 C. Diced Raw Chicken
Heat oil in your pan, cut about 3 pieces of ginger into oil, to take the poultry scent out of your chicken. Remove ginger after 30 seconds to 1 minute.
Cook chicken fully in oil.
Add in equal amounts of soy sauce, white cooking wine and sugar. If you're using 3 cups of chicken, 1 cup of each of those ingredients will work. Lower the amount to better work with less chicken.
Heat until the sauce sticks to the chicken and almost looks like it's carmelizing. It's finished when there's a little sauce left to pour over chicken pieces.
Serve over rice. You can also cook in broccoli with the chicken for color if you like.
