Roasted Red Pepper
1 Red Bell Pepper
3-4 Tbsp Extra Virgin Olive Oil
1 Loaf of Sliced French Bread
Place pepper near an open flame or under a broiler. Rotate pepper so that the pepper blackens on all sides. Once the pepper has blackened place it in a brown paper bag and close for 15-20 min. Remove from bag and peel off the outer layer of the pepper. Cut the pepper in half and clean out the seeds. Slice the pepper in strips and place a few pieces on a piece of french bread. Drizzle with olive oil and serve!
