8 Eggs
1/2 C. Butter
2 1/2 C. Light Cream
3/4 C. Packed B. Sugar
16 Slices French Bread
2 tsp. Vanilla Extract
1/2 C. Maple Syrup
3/4 C. Toasted Pecans
1 Tbls. Brown Sugar for egg mixture

Combine eggs, cream, brown sugar and vanilla; whisk until well blended. Pour 1 cup egg mixture into greased 13x9 baking dish. Dip break in egg mixture and place in pan; pour any remaining mixture over bread. Cover and Chill Overnight.

Melt butter in a saucepan over medium heat; add brown sugar and maple syrup. Stir until smooth. Bring to a boil; reduce heat and simmer 1 minute, stirring constantly. stir in pecans. Cool slightly. Pour over French Bread slices in baking dish. Spread out to edges of bread. Bake
at 350 for 50 min. or until set and golden.
