WISCONSIN CHEESE AND EGG BAKE:

10 Eggs
1 lb. grated cheddar
1 lb. cottage cheese
1/2 C. flour
1/2 tsp. salt
2 oz. jar diced pimientos
1 tsp. baking powder
Beat eggs until fluffy, add flour, baking powder, salt. Then add cheeses and pimiento. Pour into 9x13 baking dish and bake at
325 for 30 min. Serves 8.
