False bomb threats are a touchy matter in schools, at police departments and in newsroom.
No one wants to give un-due publicity to someone seeking attention at the expense of others, but there are times when the threats become so numerous, so intrusive and so expensive that publicity is warranted so that the public can help catch the person behind it.
That's apparently the case in Ladysmith where their middle school and high school have received a total of four bomb threats in the past week.
The most recent one was this morning at the high school.
Police have arrested two minors for the two bomb threats at the middle school, but they are still looking for those responsible for the high school threats.
Officials say the students will make up for time missed due to the bomb threats and they ask anyone with information to contact the Ladysmith Police Department.
