Thirty-three-year-old Dawn Makesstrongmove was charged back in April for a 2002 house fire in Oakdale.
According to the criminal complaint, Makesstrongmove had a relationship with the owner of the home, Brady Twobears, but claimed she was not involved in the house fire at the time.
After extensive analysis of her DNA, the Monroe County Sheriff's Department arrested her for the crime.
