Not guilty pleas were entered Monday on behalf of a Washburn County man accused of paying a teenager to participate in sexual acts.
Donald Soloman, 64, of Sarona appeared in Washburn County court Monday and stood mute to the 9 charges filed against him.
A criminal complaint says Soloman paid a 14-year-old boy who worked for him to participate in sexual acts. The complaint says Soloman later confessed to repeatedly sexually assaulting the boy.
Soloman's jury trial is scheduled for February 12th.
