Consumer Alert
The Consumer Product Safety Commission is recalling 10,000 toy drums sold at Toys "R" Us stores because pieces could break off and create a choking hazard.
The drum set is called the "Fun Years Music Big Drum Musical Set."
It includes a 12 inch wide yellow and green drum with a clear plastic lid.
There is also a red drum with a one piece strap that works as storage for the other instrument.
The drums were sold between August and December of 2004.
You can return them to the nearest Toys "R" Us for a refund.
