One of four high school seniors accused of tampering with a teacher's S-U-V will spend 20 days in the Oneida County Jail.

Eighteen-year-old Nicholas Malovec helped remove the lug nuts from his teacher's Jeep, causing the tires to fall off as she drove away from her home with her two young children last May.

Celina Liebnitz was the teens' English teacher at Tomahawk High School. The teens graduated, but were not allowed to take part in the commencement ceremony.

Charges are pending against two other teens. A fourth was sentenced to ten days in jail.
