Commission members expressed concern about the size of the proposed ten-story condominium building. There is some argument the building is taller than original proposed.
City Council members also delayed the vote because they felt developers provided so much information that they simply haven't had enough time to digest it all. Some council members also want developers to meet with members of the East Side Hill neighborhood again to review their plans.
Council members are optimistic an agreement can be made, and they expect the Waterford plans to be on an agenda in the near future.
