Attorney General Peg Lautenschlager says the state has reached a plea agreement in the environmental criminal case against the Menards chain.
Lautenschlager says a plea hearing has been scheduled for Monday.
Menards is charged with a felony count of disposal of hazardous wastes without a license and a misdemeanor count of discharging pollutants into state waters.
Lautenschlager says she can't release details before the hearing.
