Statewide Smoking Ban?
An assembly committee voted 6-3 to send a proposed smoking ban to the full assembly.

The government is not set up to function as our nanny. This much government interference in business scares me and is not in the Wisconsin spirit. Will we ban over weight people from fast food restaurants next? More people should open no smoking bars, then it is fair to everyone.
So yet another law to protect us from ourselves. Did anyone ever think if you dont like smoke don't go to those establishments that allow it.
