La Crosse Police Continue to Look for Robbers

Two men dressed in black robbed a La Crosse tavern at gunpoint overnight.
Police say they are still looking for the robbers. The two men walked into the George Street Pub about 11:20 p.m. Tuesday dressed in black-hooded sweatshirts and black pants with black bandannas covering part of their faces. One man showed a handgun.
They took an undisclosed amount of cash from the register and fled on foot.
No shots were fired.
There were 7 patrons and 1 bartender inside at the time.
One of the suspects is described as being 5 feet 6 inches or 5 feet 7 inches tall w/ a thin build. The other is described as being 5 feet 9 inches or 5 feet 10 inches tall with a thin build.
