Authorities say more charges could be filed soon as they continue to sort through why a woman left a 90-year-old woman's remains propped on her toilet.

Prosecutors say Tammy Lewis kept Magdeline Alvina Middlesworth's decaying body in the bathroom of the Necedah home Lewis shared with her two children for weeks. They believe Alan Bushey told her God would bring Middlesworth back to life.

Lewis and Bushey already face two felony counts each of causing mental harm to a child.

Juneau County District Attorney Scott Southworth has said Bushey may have been running a cult and defrauding Middlesworth to get money. He says more charges could come as early as this week.

Sheriff Brent Oleson says a state Justice Department agent will arrive this week to help local authorities.

WHERE DID YOU READ THAT THIS POOR LADY WAS ALIVE WHEN PUT ON THE TOILET? I'M JUST CURIOUS BECAUSE I HAVE READ THE STORY ONLINE IN THE MN PAPERS, WI PAPERS AND ON HERE AND I MUST HAVE MISSED IT SOMEWHERE. UNFORTUNATELY WE DON'T SERVE JUSTICE WITH AN EYE FOR AN EYE AND THESE TWO IDIOTS WILL BE OUT OF JAIL WAY TO SOON

They should get murder charges as Alvina was alive when put on the toilet and sat there til death. All for the almighty dollar (Alvina's S. S. benifits at that)at least that is what the police report says. No one has ever been brought back to life after that long a time let alone 1 day. Get real folks it doesn't take a rocket scientist to figure this out. God didn't do this either!! He WILL help the children involved in this horrible crime. I will pray for the CHILDREN. Come on folks this is not a movie. People die and stay dead only. Their memories are kept alive through the loved ones. That is why we call them memories. I have wonderful memories of my late Husband even sense him with me at times but he (body) is dead and gone. Miracles happen but never have heard of one coming back from the dead since Jesus's Resurection.Murder charges should be handed down without anymore discussion as to what the charges should be. The charges of causing mental harm should be against both adults.
