There's been another lawsuit filed in the wake of the bus crash that killed five people near Osseo.
On Monday, the family of Branden Atherton filed a wrongful death suit in Chippewa County.
Now, the co-director of the Chippewa Falls High School band has filed the same and lists the same defendants.
Brian Collicott and his wife are suing Michael Kozlowski, the driver of the overturned semi that the bus carrying members of the Chi-High band crashed into.
Also, listed in the lawsuit are Whole Foods, the trucking company and the bus company, Chippewa Trails.
