Steven Avery is expected to be charged later this morning in the death of Teresa Halbach.
He'll also be in Manitowoc County Circuit Court today on a charge of possessing a gun as a felon.
Calumet County Sheriff Jerry Pagel says a fire likely destroyed the body of Halbach, who was last seen on Halloween.
Investigators plan to charge Avery in her death after his DNA and her blood were found in her vehicle, which was found in his family's salvage yard near Mishicot.
Pagel also says they're awaiting analysis from the crime lab on other DNA that was not Halbach's or Avery's.
Avery has denied any involvement.
