The owners of the Siberian Husky rescued after its tail froze tight to railroad tracks in Chippewa Falls, have come forward.
But they say they're not sure they'll try to reclaim the runaway pet they received as a gift.
They'll decide today.
The mother, father and young daughter from Chippewa Falls visited the dog they call "Nobie" yesterday.
The family got the dog, now nicknamed ''Ice Train'' as a gift a couple of months ago
They say the father was walking him, when he bolted away and couldn't be caught.
So far dozens of people have filed to adopt the now famed dog.
