The owners of Whole Foods say they're not responsible for the bus crash on I-94 near Osseo this fall.
In a letter from Austin, Texas, Whole Foods describes what happened as "an unavoidable accident."
Five people died and dozens were injured when a bus carrying members of the Chippewa High School band crashed into the overturned Whole Foods semi.
So far, a surviving band director and the estate of a student teacher who died have filed suits against the company.
