The Farm Fresh Atlas will show about 50 farms where people can buy products.
Organizers are asking participating farms to sign a pledge that they provide safe working conditions and treat animals with respect.
The atlas is a collaborative effort between the University of Wisconsin-Stevens Point and Golden Sands Resource Conservation and Development.
It'll include farms in Portage, Adams, Marathon, Wood, Marquette, Monroe and Juneau counties.
The southern and western parts of the state already have a similar atlas.
