A 90-year-old Wausau man is sentenced to four years probation Tuesday on a drunken driving homicide charge.
Frank Zoboroski pleaded no contest to amended charges of reckless driving causing injury during a plea hearing in Marathon County Circuit Court.
Zoboroski is accused of killing 81-year-old Carl Koller of Merrill in May of 2004.
Authorities say Zoboroski pulled out of the parking lot at the Colonial Ballroom and hit an SUV driven by Koller. The vehicle rolled several times and landed in the ditch. Koller was thrown from the vehicle. His wife was injured in the crash.
Judge Greg Huber took Zoboroski's drivers license away for two years, ordered weekly community service and put him on electronic monitoring for six months.
