Senator Russ Feingold didn't use the "i" word, but he won't rule out impeachment proceedings against President Bush.
During a campaign appearance in Vermont, Feingold was asked about the possibility.
He didn't use the word impeachment in his reply, but said he wouldn't take anything off the table.
When asked to elaborate, Feingold issued a statement saying he looks forward to judiciary and intelligence committee hearings on the decision to order wiretaps without a court order.
