Fire Destroys Shed In Chippewa County
Firefighters say the owner was trying to jump-start a lawnmower when a spark hit some dry grass.

A fire destroyed a shed in the Chippewa County Town of Boyd.
Firefighters say the owner was trying to jump-start a lawnmower when a spark hit some dry grass. They say he had some trouble getting off the lawnmower and had to roll off to crawl away from the flames. Firefighters say no one was hurt.
Crews say the shed is a total loss and the owner says some of his son's military-related belongings also burned up.
