Kinesiology professor, Dr Lance Dalleck is looking for women between the ages of 18 to 45, who do not exercise regularly, to participate in a fitness study.
Dalleck says there has never been a study done before that measures how much exercise one person needs in order to be healthy.
He says there is only a general recommendation to burn one-thousand calories a week, which is based on men.
