The Federal Aviation Administration ia on record opposing placement of 87 of the 133 turbines for a wind farm near the Horicon Marsh.
FAA officials are worried about airplane navigation and the false targets the turbines would create for a radar installation in Horicon.
Horicon Marsh System Advocates' spokesperson Curt Kindschuh is happy to have a federal ally in their opposition to the wind farm that will be placed in northern Dodge and southern Fond du Lac counties.
