38-year-old Phillip Lanthrop is charged in a six-count indictment with arson and insurance fraud. Investigators say in 2003, he hired someone to burn down Player's Sports Bar and Grill, which he owned, in exchange $5,000 and some cocaine. He then defrauded more than $250,000 dollars from an insurance company. If convicted, Lanthrop could spend a maximum of 40 years in prison.
