Captain Eugene Gutsch with the Chippewa County Sheriff's Department says a driver was stopped for construction north of Cadott, when another driver rear-ended the mini van. It happened on Highway 27.
Gutsch says the driver who hit the van was taken to the hospital and may be ticketed for causing the crash.
