Hundreds of people joined the fight against multiple sclerosis in Eau Claire Sunday morning.
Close to 300 people came to UW Eau Claire's Davies Center to participate in the walk.
Walkers braved the rain to raise money to find a cure for the brain and spinal cord disease and to help the people who suffer from it, including the event's organizer.
"It means so much to see people come out in the bad weather to raise this money to help find a cure," Volunteer Coordinator Sally Pathos said.
Pathos hopes to raise 60 thousand dollars from the walk Sunday morning.
If you couldn't make the walk Sunday morning, but want to help, you can check out the website www.wisms.org and donate there.
