Shortly after tens of thousands of people marched in Milwaukee for immigration rights; Republican Congressman Jim Sensenbrenner defended his proposal to get tough on illegal immigrants.
Sensenbrenner held a town hall meeting in West Allis-- just west of Milwaukee.
He says he's still convinced the nation needs to stop the flow of illegal immigrants.
His bill would make it a felony to be in the country illegally and make it a crime to help illegal immigrants.
