A judge has set a trial date for a man charged with stabbing and killing another man after a fight on a street.

Yeng Moua pleaded not guilty in an Eau Claire County courtroom Friday morning.

He faces a charge of first-degree intentional homicide in the death of 28-year-old Joseph Weisenbeck of Menomonie.

The two got in a verbal argument outside their vehicles on Clairemont Avenue in July.

Police say Yeng stabbed Weisenbeck. A four day trial is planned for January.

Yeah right not guilty! Who keeps a fish filet knife under their seat at all times? Most fishmen I know keep their knife in their tackle box! He knew darn well he would be using it for other means than fishing! Put this monster behind bars for good! Keep him off our streets and protect our children.
