A former Eau Claire County District Attorney who faces more than 60 charges of fraud and forgery had not guilty pleas entered on his behalf Thursday.
Police say Paul Kelly, 68, used the identities of his daughter and grandson to buy a car.
Apply for bank loans totaling more than $190,000 and fraudulently file for bankruptcy on two occasions.
It happened between 2002 and 2006.
He stood silent in Eau Claire County Court Thursday and the not guilty pleas were entered on his behalf.
He will be tried in two separate trials dealing with his daughter and grandson which will start on November 11th and December 8th
His next court appearance is scheduled for October 3rd
In 1982, the state Supreme Court disbarred Kelly from practicing law in Wisconsin.
