A sister and brother from Neillsville have pleaded not guilty to reckless homicide charges in the overdose death of an Eau Claire woman.

Twenty-six-year-old Tiffany Schubert and her 24-year-old brother, Zachary Schubert, entered the pleas in Eau Claire County Circuit Court Monday.

Thirty-year-old Lisa Gannigan was found dead at her home July 11. A needle and syringe containing Fentanyl and methadone were found under her body.

A friend of Gannigan's told police he saw Tiffany Schubert provide Gannigan with pills at least two times. A witness told police Zachary Shubert gave Gannigan a Fentanyl patch.

The siblings are charged with first-degree reckless homicide.
