Gun Lock Giveaway This Week
Members of the local conservation group Ducks Unlimited will be giving away free cable style gun locks this week. Posted: 12:11 AM Sep 18, 2006 |

Ducks Unlimited members will be handing out up to 5,000 free cable style gun locks Monday and Thursday.
The locks are from Project Child Safe, a government-funded group that's been handing out millions of them.
The chapter's chairman says this is a proactive effort to avoid accidents.
The first giveaway is Monday from 4:30-6:00 p.m. at Pella Windows and Doors in Eau Claire.
The second is at Gordy's Hardware Hank in Chippewa Falls from 4:30-6:00 p.m. on Thursday.
