If you're looking to get into shape, the UW Eau Claire Department of Kinesiology might be able to lend a hand.

Starting Monday, the department begins the ninth year of its Community Fitness Program. The program's goal is to help adults who are out of shape, overweight, or unsure about how to start an exercise program.

The fitness program has added new time slots this year in addition to its usual six to eight o’clock time; the program also runs from eleven to one o’clock in the afternoon. It will be held in the Mcphee Center on upper campus. It costs 75 dollars.
