There is a parking reminder for people who park in Eau Claire. Starting November 1st, the odd-even parking regulations will be in effect.
On odd numbered days, drivers can park their vehicles on the odd-side of the street and on even numbered days, park on the even side.

Here's the catch, this is only in effect between midnight at 7:00 a.m. If you park for the night at, say, 10:00 p.m. on November the 7th, park on the even side at that time because the ordinance is in effect after midnight, which would be the 8th.
