Tonight was a night of thanks at the Interfaith Hospitality Network in Eau Claire. The network's Vice President, Beverly Wickstrom, says they don't get many chances to say thanks to their volunteers and that's what tonight was all about. More than 100 volunteers came together for dinner and cake.

Wickstrom says the Interfaith Hospitality Network runs the Beacon House which helps get homeless families get back on their feet. "We provide meals for the families who are at Beacon House, we sit down and talk and provide community involvement for the people who are staying with us, we provide child care for their children, do a variety of things involved with the family, helping the families in any way they need help."

Wickstrom says they are always looking for more volunteers to help out.
