Concrete buckling causes some traffic delays

Highway 53 bypass traffic near the Melby St. bridge near Eau Claire is being detoured onto the Melby St. exit and back down again because of concrete buckling.

State Patrol says traffic is flowing normally here again:

Additional Info: Concrete blow-up on I94 EB, Left two lanes closed. Right lane is still open.
