The Wisconsin Department of Transportation is doing its part to speed up your travels. The DOT says most construction projects will be on hold over the holiday weekend.
But there are some projects that might take more time to get through. Around Eau Claire they include I-94 from Tomah to Black River Falls and 15 miles on I-94 between Osseo and Hixton. It might also be slow also around I-94 and I-90 where there's bridge work underway.
