The deputies know why the crash happened. The driver of the heavy truck didn't yeild! People seriously need to pay more attention and obey the traffic signs. I don't care how important you think whatever you have to do is, it's not worth risking a life. Now there are four kids and a husband left without a mother and wife. I sure the young man does feel bad, but that doens't change the fact that this accident was 100% preventable. My thoughts and prayers are with Joanne's family.
May you rest in peace Joan. You are with all of us in our hearts and prayers. We love you and miss you deeply. May God watch over you and take you under his Angels wings for support and guidance. Rest in peace my Friend, Rest in peace.
