Alfonso Rodriguez, Jr. is on his way to death row.

The Crookston, Minnesota man sentenced to death for the killing of University of North Dakota student Dru Sjodin was moved out of the Cass County Jail in Fargo yesterday.

Rodriguez will await his execution at a federal prison in Terre Haute, Indiana.
