On Monday morning, Rep. Ron Kind laid out plans that he says will energize American manufacturing.
As part of a plan that would encourage companies to stay in the United States, he'd like to see more things done to ensure fair competition for American workers.
Kind is also co-sponsor of a bill that he says would put an end to the corporate tax loopholes that help in moving jobs overseas.
