The Governor Endorses Kerry

Gov. Doyle has endorsed John Kerry for President. This comes one day after the Massachusetts Senator all but wrapped up the Democratic nomination.

Meanwhile, President Bush plans to begin running TV advertisements in Wisconsin Thursday. The ads are the first wave of his re-election campaign and will run in Wisconsin and 16 other states his campaign believe will be key come November.

Doyle worked on Kerry's failed congressional campaign while Doyle was a law student in Massachusetts during the 1970's.

He says he will do whatever he can to help deliver Wisconsin to Kerry come November. Since 1984 no Republican has won the state of Wisconsin.
