Owner Kami Eshraghi says the Kimia Lounge on Capitol Square lost about 20-percent of its business since the ban went into effect almost two years ago. Eshraghi believes the ban has created a difficult environment in which to do business. He says many area restaurants are converting into after-hour nightclubs because they need to make up the lost revenue.
