Father Accused of Driving Drunk Leading To His Son's Death
A West Ben man, accused of driving drunk and causing a highway crash that killed his son and injured four others, appears in court today.

A West Bend father accused of driving drunk and causing a highway crash that killed his son and injured four others is criminally charged today.

A $5,000 cash bond has been ordered in Fond du Lac County Circuit Court for 55-year-old John Ibeme.
>
He's charged with homicide by intoxicated use of a vehicle, two counts of injury by driving drunk and two counts of operating while intoxicated causing injury.
>
Ibeme's son, John Junior, 9, died and his other two children, ages six and seven, were hurt in the 2-vehicle crash last week in Waucousta. Two people in the other vehicle were also hurt.
>
Sheriff's authorities say Ibeme lost control of his vehicle while southbound on Highway 45 and struck a northbound vehicle.
