“We're trying to check all the areas we can just to try to determine what might have led up to this," says Juneau County Sheriff Brent Oleson.

Investigators hope someone can lead them to a killer who took two lives in Juneau County.
>
We now know the names of those murder victims.
>
On Tuesday, the Juneau County Sheriff's department identified the victims as 23-year-old Tabatha Nealy of Wisconsin Rapids, and 31-year-old Joshua Alderman of La Crosse.
>
The sheriff says the two were found shot to death in Nealy's green 2000 Chevrolet Impala. The car was found on Fourth Street just east of Eighth Avenue, in northern Juneau County, near the Wood County line.
>
Sheriff Brent Oleson says the two were found shot multiple times, and believes the shooting happened either late Saturday night or early Sunday morning.
>
Neighbors we talked to say they didn't hear any gunshots around the time when the two were killed, but the man who called 911 about the car says he knew instantly the two people were dead.
>
“At this time we're trying to, we did talk to neighbors in the area and so forth and we're trying to determine a history with both subjects. Maybe friends or family can provide insight into the deaths,” says Oleson.
>
"We’re really looking for help. This is a rural area, not a lot of people live in this area. Highway 80, there is a lot of traffic on Highway 80 so we're hoping somebody passing through may have seen the vehicle."
>
The sheriff's department is asking anyone with information on the shooting to call 608-847-5649.
