Three of the six Muslim Clerics who were removed from a U.S. Airways Flight in Minneapolis and their Attorney plan to announce a lawsuit against the airline.

Three of the six Muslim Clerics who were removed from a U.S. Airways Flight in Minneapolis and their Attorney plan to announce a lawsuit against the airline Tuesday morning.

He Imams say they were taken off the flight and handcuffed because of racism and religious intolerance. U.S. Airways say its employees acted appropriately.
